Job Overview We are seeking an dedicated Truck Drivers specializing in Belly Dump operations to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently hauling bulk materials using a belly dump trailer, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where your skills make a tangible impact every day. Responsibilities Operate belly dump trailers safely across various terrains and weather conditions, adhering strictly to all traffic laws and company policies. Load and unload bulk materials accurately, ensuring proper distribution and securing loads for transport. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns. Maintain detailed logs of mileage, fuel consumption, load details, and delivery records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers, and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly. Follow all safety protocols during loading, unloading, and transit to prevent accidents or injuries on-site or on the road. Assist with general maintenance tasks such as cleaning the vehicle interior/exterior and reporting mechanical issues immediately. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating belly dump trailers. Proven experience operating heavy-duty dump trucks, particularly belly dump trailers preferred. Strong understanding of safety regulations related to commercial trucking and bulk material hauling. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads, climbing onto trucks, and working in outdoor environments. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with team members. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
