Crew Lead/Driver

• All new hires will begin their employment at a base rate of $19/hr. Following the successful completion of a 3 month probationary period, individuals will be reevaluated and continue or end employment.

• PREREQUISITES

• You need to have a clean and valid driver license with no tickets or suspension for at least 3 years. If you have a DWI or DUI within past 5 years you will not be considered for the position. If you have a Restricted License you will not be considered for the position.
• Insurance mandates that drivers must be at least 23 YEARS OF AGE with 2 years of driving experience.
• Must be able to pass a State required criminal

• Must be able to pass State DOT Physical (applies to drivers only) to ensure you are safe to be behind the wheel.

We are a professional moving company seeking an experienced Crew Lead/Driver/Mover . This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and represents the company with confidence and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a moving crew on residential and commercial moves
• Drive moving trucks safely and efficiently
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients before, during, and after moves
• Handle on-site problem solving under time pressure
• Ensure inventory accuracy, damage prevention, and adherence to company standards
• Understand and properly explain insurance, liability, and claims procedures to customers

• Maintain authority, organization, and morale among crew members

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive customer service experience (clear, articulate, calm under pressure)
• Proven team leadership experience
• Ability to handle billing, invoices, and payments accurately
• Professional moving experience required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Experience driving box trucks (16-26 ft preferred)
• Physically capable of performing all moving duties
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
