What You'll Do:
Safely operate step vans to deliver packages to FedEx customers Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance Load and unload products efficiently according to company standards Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers for smooth operations Provide friendly, professional customer service on every route Obtain delivery confirmations and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate delivery records
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of step van driving experience (required) Valid driver's license in good standing (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years) Ability to pass a company driving test, federal drug screening, and physical health assessment Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude Reliable and committed to safety, punctuality, and attendance
