Drivers are responsible for the inbound and outbound towing of light duty vehicles

• including motorcycles, travel trailers, and various other vehicles that can be fixed to a standard ball hitch
• for a diversified customer base. The pickup and delivery of vehicles according to Due Dates for all work assigned through the RB Global Dispatch Team is essential. Drivers will provide status updates to customers and dispatchers, and will perform all communication, paperwork, condition reporting, and imaging required, including title verification, as necessary. Safely operate company tow trucks and tow light duty vehicles without causing damage to vehicles in tow. Perform pre and post trip inspections to ensure towed vehciles are not damaged. Collaberate with the IAA Dispatch Team and be a positive influence. Provide excellent customer service. Record all pickup and delivery events, and capture all necessary information, including images, on the IAA Tow App. Verify title information when title pickup is required with the assigned vehicle, and communicate any discrepencies with the IAA Dispatch Team. Ensure all assigned tow jobs are completed on, or before, the due date. Other duties as assigned per business needs. Minimum 1-year towing / transport experience Must be attentive and drive with care. Must possess route planning and efficiency skills. Ability to deal with hazards and obstructions when presented. Customer service skills. General mechanical knowledge of trucks and automobiles. Detail oriented. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
