Experienced Tractor Driver (Seasonal) - The Great Pumpkin Farm The Great Pumpkin Farm is hiring Experienced Tractor Drivers for our 2026 Fall Festival Season! If you enjoy operating equipment, working outdoors, and being part of one of Western New York's most popular fall destinations, we'd love to have you join our team.

Season:

September 19 - October 31, 2026

Schedule:

Weekends + Indigenous Peoples' Day (Monday, October 12)

Hours:

Flexible part-time shifts available, generally between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Position Summary As a Tractor Driver, you will safely operate tractors and wagons transporting guests throughout the farm. Safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service are top priorities, as you'll be interacting with thousands of visitors during the fall season. Responsibilities Safely operate tractors pulling passenger wagons Transport guests on designated routes throughout the farm Perform pre-shift inspections and report any maintenance concerns Load and unload passengers safely Follow all safety procedures and speed limits Assist guests with boarding and exiting wagons when needed Communicate with supervisors regarding ride operations Help with general farm duties when rides are not in operation Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for all guests Qualifications Previous experience operating tractors or similar farm equipment is required Comfortable towing trailers or wagons Strong attention to safety and safe equipment operation Dependable and punctual Friendly, professional attitude when interacting with guests Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to climb on and off equipment throughout the day Reliable transportation to The Great Pumpkin Farm in Clarence, NY Why Work With Us?
