Job Description

Delivery Driver / CDL Class B or Class A / Full-time Days in our Coxsackie, NY Distribution Center. We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused CDL Class B or Class A Delivery Driver to join our team in Coxsackie, NY. What We Offer Starting Pay:

As a Delivery Driver, you'll safely deliver wine and spirits to customers along established routes while providing exceptional customer service. You'll ensure products are delivered accurately, maintain required DOT documentation, collect payments when necessary, and represent the company professionally.ESSENTIAL POSITION RESULTS
Determines condition of vehicle by inspecting vehicle before and after use; logging inspection; reporting requirements.- Maintains safe vehicle and conditions and protects load by complying with organization policies, procedures, highway rules and regulations.
- Distributes spirits and wine by driving delivery truck to specific customers.
- Unloads truck by use of hand truck, dolly, or pallet jack.
- Reconciles customers' invoice by collecting COD as specified on invoice and recording transactions on company and customer receipt.
- Records daily deliveries by completing delivery records as needed.
- Provides customer service by listening and resolving customer concerns.
- Collects product returns by obtaining customers' signature on receipt for pick up or delivery.
- Maintains records by completing DOT driver log.
- Maintains appearance of delivery truck by daily cleaning of the inside of the truck cab and box.
- Reports and requests routine truck maintenance by completing electronic and written maintenance request form.
- Performs duties in a safe manner by following established safety rules and regulations.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
