We are actively hiring dependable Owner-Operators with Reefer (Refrigerated) Vans to join our growing last-mile delivery team. If you own—or can rent—a refrigerated cargo van and are looking for consistent, high-paying delivery work, we'd love to hear from you! Qualified applicants can start as soon as tomorrow! Position Highlights Earn $1,500
  • 2,100+ per week Keep 100% of your customer tips Weekly pay Immediate start available Flexible AM & PM shifts Consistent delivery routes Long-term opportunity with a growing logistics company Supportive dispatch and operations team Responsibilities Complete scheduled refrigerated deliveries safely and efficiently.
Maintain proper temperature control for all refrigerated cargo. Load, transport, and unload grocery and refrigerated products. Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure your reefer unit is operating properly. Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delivery status, and any issues. Provide professional and courteous customer service. Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies. Requirements Must own or be able to rent a refrigerated (reefer) cargo van before your start date. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move packages as needed. Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused. Strong communication and time management skills. Previous delivery or logistics experience is a plus but not required . Shift Availability AM Shift Truck arrival: 5:30 AM PM Shift Afternoon routes available If you're ready to put your reefer van to work and start earning immediately, apply today!
