You'll be responsible for executing a variety of outdoor tasks, ensuring high-quality landscape presentation while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities Operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment including mowers, trimmers, power tools, and irrigation systems to maintain lawns, gardens, and hardscape features Assist with landscape installation projects such as planting, mulching, edging, and hardscape construction Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks like mowing, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and pest management to promote healthy plant growth Drive company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and team members between job sites while following all safety protocols Identify various plants and horticultural elements to ensure proper care and maintenance Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure efficient watering of landscapes Follow safety procedures diligently during all outdoor activities and operate equipment responsibly to prevent accidents Requirements Prior outdoor work experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred; enthusiasm for outdoor environments is essential Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools required for efficient operation and troubleshooting Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, gardening, plant identification, pest control, and hardscape work Ability to operate groundskeeping vehicles safely and efficiently as part of daily responsibilities Knowledge of irrigation systems and horticulture principles is a plus Strong adherence to safety protocols during all tasks to ensure personal safety and team well-being Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and performing manual labor in various weather conditions Join us in creating stunning landscapes while developing your skills in groundskeeping and landscaping!
