Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tow Truck Driver and become the essential link in roadside assistance and vehicle recovery operations! Duties Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional tow trucks, to recover and transport vehicles from accident scenes or breakdowns Load and unload vehicles with precision using appropriate equipment Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments to determine the best recovery approach Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during roadside assistance or vehicle pickup Manage conflict situations professionally, ensuring safety for all parties involved Maintain accurate logs of all recoveries, loads, unloads, and vehicle details for record-keeping purposes Perform routine inspections to ensure tow truck readiness Requirements No CDL required Ability to load, secure, and unload vehicles efficiently using flatbeds or other specialized equipment Hands-on experience with manual transmissions and automotive repair tools Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management professionally Prior mechanic experience or familiarity with automotive systems such as brakes, engines, and electrical components is highly desirable Join us in delivering prompt, professional roadside assistance while advancing your skills in automotive technology.
