Job Description

Duties:
  • Safely operate a commercial truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
  • Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or heavy equipment
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
  • Plan and follow designated routes to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules
  • Complete necessary paperwork and logbooks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and vehicle maintenance
Requirements:
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A with appropriate endorsements for the type of truck being operated
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial driving
  • Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate various types of trucks, including flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, etc.
  • Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment for loading and unloading purposes
  • Drug and Alcohol test/
Follicle Examine Skills:
  • Proficient in route planning and navigation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Good communication skills for interacting with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers on the road
