Job Description

Royal Pavement Solutions is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in professionalism, safety, and reliability and wants to build a long-term career with Long Island's leading paving contractor. As a CDL Driver, you'll be responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and asphalt to and from jobsites while working closely with our field crews to keep projects running efficiently. This position requires safe driving practices, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude. Depending on the day's needs, you'll also assist with loading equipment, securing loads, and supporting field operations. Transport equipment, materials, and asphalt to and from jobsites. Perform daily pretrip and posttrip inspections. Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT regulations. Maintain clean and organized trucks. Assist field crews when needed. Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Follow all company safety procedures. Communicates well with the team. Demonstrates Respect, Passion, and Service every day. Required Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B CDL. Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card). Clean driving record. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to work overtime, nights, and occasional weekends. Preferred Qualifications Commercial paving or construction experience. Experience hauling heavy equipment. OSHA 10 Certification. What We Offer Competitive compensation.
