Propane Delivery Driver

Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks including single axle Bobtail delivery trucks and service/crane trucks. Load and unload propane cylinders and other freight using forklifts or manual handling techniques while adhering to safety protocols Deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers along designated routes with precision and timeliness Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety standards and report any maintenance needs Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each trip in accordance with company policies Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver with knowledge of route driving best practices Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with endorsements suitable for operating tractor-trailers, tanker trucks, or flatbed vehicles Ability to operate specialized equipment such as forklifts or truck cranes is advantageous Familiarity with freight handling including load & unload procedures using appropriate equipment Strong understanding of safety regulations related to transporting hazardous materials like propane Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance in commercial driving environments This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in active roles that combine driving expertise with hands-on freight handling.
