Nyack, New York Responsibilities:

Safely transport cannabis products to customers' designated locations. Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with NYS OCM regulations, age restrictions, and all applicable legal requirements. Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and address concerns. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and inventory. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient deliveries. Coordinate with the dispatch team for order scheduling and updates. Strictly follow all New York State Office of Cannabis Management (NYS OCM) regulations, company policies, and security procedures related to the transportation and delivery of cannabis products.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Familiarity with local traffic laws and areas of operation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions. Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods (preferred but not required). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to understand and follow all NYS OCM compliance requirements, including ID verification procedures, delivery protocols, inventory handling, and confidentiality standards
