About us Landscaping Crew Leader / Truck & Trailer Driver We are a growing landscaping company looking for an experienced Landscaping Crew Leader who can also safely operate a company truck and trailer. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily jobs Perform and oversee landscaping, lawn maintenance, planting, pruning, cleanups, and related work Drive a company truck with a trailer to and from job sites Safely load, secure, and transport landscaping equipment and materials Operate landscaping equipment and tools Communicate professionally with customers and team members Make sure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Help train and guide crew members Requirements Previous landscaping experience required Crew leader or supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be comfortable driving a truck with a trailer Safe driving skills and responsible attitude Ability to work outdoors and perform physical landscaping work Reliable, punctual, and dependable Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred Must be able to work well as part of a team Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is experienced, responsible, hardworking, and able to take leadership on landscaping jobs . The right candidate will be comfortable both managing a crew and driving the company truck and trailer. Experience driving a truck with a trailer is strongly preferred.
