If you are willing to train new hires in cryogenics then you will earn another $100/Day Training is "shadow" training meaning that you will run your truck and your trainer will run their truck, so you do not share a cab and aren't double bunking. If you have any felonies of any kind, you are ineligible for hire If you have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test (regardless of the fact if you have completed SAP) you are not eligible Requirements Must have at least one-year OTR or Regional driving in the last three years.
