StellarClean Laundry is seeking a motivated and dynamic Route Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving designated routes to deliver products and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed. Schedule- Monday-Friday (Off Peak Season) Schedule- Monday-Friday 1 weekend day (Peak Season) •

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive assigned routes to deliver products to customers in a timely manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and effective communication. Professionally and safely operate a non-CDL delivery vehicle. Check-in customer orders with customers at their locations. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe driving conditions. Handle heavy lifting of products as required during loading and unloading processes. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, customer interactions, and sales activities. Coordinate with production staff to effectively communicate customer requests and special instructions. Other duties as assigned. Will also involve production work where needed. •

Requirements:

• Ability to Pass DOT medical card physical and drug/alcohol test. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds) as required by the job. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Basic proficiency with mobile apps and GPS. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment. Strong communication and organizational skills.
