Attention to detail Manual transmission Time management Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting job materials safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and excellent driving skills, including experience with various types of trucks and trailers. NC Contracting is small family business that is growing and looking for a dedicated individuals. Responsibilities Operate and drive different types of trucks, including dump trucks, dump trailers and low boys Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Follow all traffic laws and regulations while on the road. Assist in the maintenance of the truck by reporting any mechanical issues or concerns. Skills Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles. Experience operating dump trucks, dump trailers and low boys. Strong commercial driving skills with a clean driving record. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries. Strong attention to detail for safety inspections and documentation.
