This role is responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and crews to job sites. Key Responsibilities Operate CDL-required vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations Transport equipment, materials, and tools to and from job sites Loading and unloading materials Assist with traffic control setup including cones, barricades, and signage Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate logs, inspection reports, and delivery documentation Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Work overtime and travel as needed Qualifications Valid CDL Class A or B license with clean driving record Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check Previous construction, utility, or telecom experience preferred Experience operating trailers, dump trucks, or equipment preferred Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Skills Experience in fiber optic or telecom construction Knowledge of underground utility locating practices Experience operating construction equipment such as loaders, excavators, or skid steers Traffic control certification is a plus Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing Ability to work long hours and travel to various job sites Ability to safely navigate active construction environments Broadstaff, LLC., provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other protected classification protected by federal, state or local laws.
