About the Role Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services, offering snacks, beverages, and breaktime essentials that keep our customers refreshed and energized. We are seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll safely deliver products to customer locations while providing outstanding service and ensuring every delivery is accurate and on time. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company vehicle and deliver products to customer locations on an assigned route. Load and unload products while following safe lifting practices. Verify delivery orders for accuracy before leaving the warehouse and upon delivery. Build positive relationships by providing friendly, professional customer service. Collect signatures and complete delivery paperwork or electronic documentation. Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations. Communicate delivery issues, route changes, or customer concerns with management. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. Represent Five Star professionally at every customer stop. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a DOT physical (if required for the position). Must be at least 21 years of age for DOT-regulated routes. Ability to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day. Ability to frequently lift, bend, stoop, reach, and climb in and out of a delivery vehicle. Strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous delivery driving, route delivery, warehouse, or customer service experience. Experience operating box trucks or commercial delivery vehicles.
