We are growing our team and looking for CDL-A drivers who want consistent Regional miles and a straightforward, professional place to work. What We Offer $1,450 - $1,650 / week weekly gross Paid weekly Regional routes across a multi-state region Direct communication with dispatch Dispatch support while you are on the road Weekly settlements by direct deposit Consistent, dependable miles No-touch on most loads Your weekly pay will reflect your experience, the miles available, route assignments, and overall performance. Home Time Drivers stay out for roughly two weeks at a stretch, and home time is talked through clearly before you are dispatched. Actual home time can shift with loads, location, and scheduling. Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle Pick up and deliver freight on assigned Regional routes Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates Keep equipment clean and report maintenance concerns when needed Complete required trip paperwork and inspections Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) Must be at least 21 years old (federal interstate commerce requirement) Current DOT medical examiner's certificate Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug and alcohol testing Motor vehicle record meeting DOT and company safety standards Minimum 1 year of recent CDL-A experience Strong communication and time-management skills Comfortable operating late-model automatic and manual equipment Ability to operate safely in Regional conditions Refrigerated (reefer) experience is helpful but not required Legally authorized to work in the United States Who This Job Is a Good Fit For This role suits drivers who want steady Regional miles, straight answers, and a dispatch team that communicates.
