Vacuum Truck Operator Bluffton Aeration Service, Inc. - Bluffton, OH Bluffton Aeration Service, Inc. is a locally owned environmental services company looking for a dependable Field Technician / Driver to join our team. This role includes driving service routes, working outdoors, and performing hands-on environmental service work. No industry experience required — we will train the right candidate. Pay $25-$30 per hour starting pay (based on experience) Job Type Full-Time or Part-Time Responsibilities Drive company trucks to service locations Operate pumps and equipment Perform environmental service work in the field Assist with installation and removal of pumps and equipment Lay and retrieve hoses for pumping operations Perform general labor and basic equipment maintenance Work as part of a team to complete daily service routes Requirements Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions Ability to lift and perform manual labor Mechanical or handyman skills are a plus Class B or Class A CDL preferred (not required) Benefits Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Paid Sick Time Annual Bonus 401(k)
