Job Description
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Reefer:
$0.65 per mile.
Average weekly mileage:
3,000+ miles.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
Compensation for loads is based on a Monday-to-Monday cycle . Direct deposit is processed every Friday , with a one-week hold after the first delivery. Payment statements are made available every Wednesday .
TRAVEL & ORIENTATION
Flight will be provided after successful drug test completion. One-day orientation (drivers must report to the office by 10:00 AM ).
OPERATIONS & HOME TIME
Coverage in 48 states , including New York ( excluding NYC and South Florida ). Flatbed drivers residing in Tampa, Miami, etc., cannot take company trucks home (travel at their own expense).
OTR schedule:
3-4 weeks on duty, followed by 3-4 days of home time .
DRUG TESTING POLICY
Drug tests are conducted remotely (zip code required). Hotel expenses covered for in-office testing if necessary.
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
Possess a valid Class A CDL with at least one year of verifiable OTR experience in Reefer operations. Maintain a clean safety and driving record (No SAP, DUI, or DWI violations). 1099 Independent Contractor status; EIN is required (or must be obtained within two weeks of onboarding). No more than three moving violations within the past three years and no at-fault accidents . Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or possess a valid Work Permit with at least 5 years of validity remaining.

EQUIPMENT & SUPPORT
Fleet consists of 2024-2026 Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Volvo models. Automatic transmission vehicles are equipped with APUs, refrigerators, microwaves, and inverters. Trucks are governed at 70 mph.
