Pay Our drivers average $88,000 to $115,000 per year Shift Differential pay $5,000 Sign on Bonus $4,000 Employee Referral Bonus Layover Pay/Meal Allowance Monthly Incentive for Safe Driving Weekly Pay Direct Deposit Schedule 5-day work week, 2 consecutive days off 10 to 12 hour days Dedicated start time Steady, year-round work Benefits Medical/Dental/Vison/Prescription 401K with Company Match Company Retirement Plan Paid Vacation/Holidays/Personal Days Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Variety of Supplemental Insurances Paid Orientation/Training Company Paid Uniforms & PPE Job Duties Deliver bulk gases to customers & other delivery points throughout the assigned region using our meticulously maintained tractors and trailers Driving our CMV's using Smith System principles Follow DOT & Messer North America Inc.'s standards, safety practices, and policies Perform tasks required in loading and delivery including product transfer, quality analysis and documentation, and customer interaction Requirements 1+ year of verifiable Class A CDL experience Clean MVR - personal & commercial Valid Class A CDL License with Tanker endorsement Have or ability to obtain and maintain a Hazmat endorsement Valid passport or enhanced license High school diploma or GED - Preferred Willing to be flexible with a work schedule based on a 12-month bidding schedule (may include working nights/weekends)
