First shift, Monday

• Friday 7:00 am

RESPONSIBILITIES

Transport goods or passengers along the assigned route or within the specified territory Safely operate and maneuver a large vehicle Comply with rules and regulations and always wear protective gear Follow a strict schedule Be aware of traffic, construction, and weather that may affect the route Be aware of weight limitations and hazardous materials regulations Be flexible to change routes due to closures Utilize a GPS Inspect and maintain vehicles to ensure safe operation and transportation Coordinate with dispatchers and other logistics team members before, during, and after transportation Complete log, forms, documents, and paperwork as required

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Driver's license and clean driving record Capability to operate vehicles for several hours a day Comfortable sitting for an extended time Ability to alter routes quickly and efficiently when needed Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills Ability to adhere to a strict schedule and make deliveries on time Engage in bending, squatting, pulling, lifting, and pushing Attention to detail Problem-solving and decision-making ability Ability to work and drive in various weather conditions Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
