Truck Driver - CDL A Niles Mfg. & Finishing, Inc., located in Niles, Ohio, provides a full range of high technology paint coating services for various industrial markets. We are a family-owned company looking for dependable team members seeking a long-term opportunity with a stable, growing team. We value our employees and offer opportunities for growth and advancement As a truck driver, you will drive a semi-truck with a 53' dry van trailer to transport materials to and from specified destinations.

Retirement Plan Responsibilities:

Is polite and courteous to all customers and follows customer policies while at their facilities. Maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations. Maintains phone contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions. Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. Positions load bars around items to secure cargo during transit. Verifies load against shipping documents. Keeps truck and trailer clean and orderly. Ensure the truck and trailer meet all DOT regulations and ensure IFTA, license, tags, and insurance are valid.

Requirements:

Class A CDL and medical card. One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Maintains acceptable driving record.

Pay:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
