Job Description

Inside Purpose is seeking a Driver for our OH area, Fairfield, Forest Park, Hamilton, Cincinnati surrounding area school and facility. Our drivers are responsible for ONLY picking up students. You will NEVER leave your driver seat, the child will be put in the car by parent or teacher. We are very strict when it comes to this process. You will ONLY work with students that will need transportation to and from school ONLY . You will be responsible for building that student be it forster children ,misplaced students or those that maybe just needing help with transportation to and from school.

High School Responsibilities:
Safely transport students to and from school on designated routes. Same students for entire year. Transport in your personal car to and from school plus mileage given. Ensure the well-being and safety of students during transportation. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving the students to and from school. Communicate effectively with students, school staff, and parents/guardians. Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in adhering to assigned schedules. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor towards students and passengers.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. Compliance with pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. Must pass required background checks and maintain a clean criminal history. Pass a drug test Ability to work well with children of varying ages. Demonstrate responsible and attentive driving habits. Flexibility in work hours and scheduling.
