Job Summary Join our dynamic Driver Finishing and Mentoring Program designed specifically for new CDL A drivers with 0-6 months experience that are eager to launch a successful trucking career! This paid program offers comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and mentorship from seasoned professionals to help you develop the skills necessary for a thriving career in commercial truck driving. You will gain valuable experience, while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. This is an exciting opportunity to accelerate your driving expertise, master route driving, and prepare for independent over-the-road (OTR) routes with confidence. Duties Participate in structured training sessions focused on safe driving practices, load handling, and regulatory compliance under FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) guidelines. Ensuring proper cargo securing for transportation safety. Navigate using GPS systems efficiently while maintaining awareness of route conditions and delivery schedules. Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations related to commercial truck driving, materials handling, and safety protocols during transit. Gain experience in over-the-road (OTR) driving routes, managing trips while maintaining compliance with hours-of-service regulations. Collaborate with mentors to refine driving techniques, improve route planning skills, and ensure timely deliveries. Embark on your professional journey with us!
