Job Description

Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for 85 years. Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Feed Truck Driver to join our Class A CDL team in Paulding, Ohio. $$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$ (Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 a month for 6 months. Rehires qualify a year after termination)
SHIFT HOURS
Monday through Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with the possibility of working weekends and holidays
STARTING HOURLY RATE
$23.80 with the potential of increasing to $24.30 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY
Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this entry level position.
Job functions include:
Delivering feed as scheduled with a positive attitude Properly disinfecting trucks and using proper biosecurity attire Responsible for completing driver logs and inspection reports on a daily basis Assisting in other areas of the Feed Mill when needed, including hauling grain, grinding grain, dumping wagons and trucks, and mill cleaning
