Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Class A & B Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various types of driving, including but not limited to tractor-trailer, flatbed, and tanker operations. This role involves delivering freight efficiently and safely while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. TOP Candidates would have HAZ-MATT, Tanker endorsements. In addition to Experience with Flatbeds and High Value Cargo. Spears Has A mix Of Dedicated lanes and Ad Hoc moves, Local to Regional Delivery Range, and 100% No Touch Freight. Spears Is also a NON-Forced dispatch to allow you to design your own Work Schedule. Responsibilities Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Load and unload freight as required, ensuring proper handling of materials. Navigate routes effectively while maintaining schedules for timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentation. Using the ELD and Onboard Communications. Communicate with dispatch regarding any issues or delays during transport. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience with manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Previous delivery driver experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safe loading/unloading practices. Strong route driving skills with the ability to navigate various terrains and weather conditions. $1,200.00 - $2,000.00 per week
