A Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver drives large commercial vehicles such as tractor-trailers, semi-trucks, or big rigs. Responsibilities typically include transporting cargo across long distances, sometimes over the course of multiple days. They may work for trucking companies, freight carriers, logistics, or shipping companies.
5 days/week The Lead Driver and Operations role combines hands-on delivery driving with front-line operational leadership. In this role, you'll spend part of your time behind the wheel — delivering packages safely and efficiently — and part of your time supporting daily operations, fleet health, dispatch coordination, route planning, and driver performance. You'll set the standard for professionalism and safety on the road, while also serving as a partner to management in keeping daily operations running smoothly and as a go-to resource for fellow drivers. This is an ideal role for an experienced, dependable driver who is ready to take on more responsibility, mentor others, and grow into operations leadership.
