Job Description

Zimmer Tractor is expanding to a new location in Wilmington, OH. Zimmer Tractor has been a trusted name in the region for years. What started as a family-run business has grown into one of the leading tractor dealerships in Indiana and Ohio. We've maintained our small-town values while expanding our capabilities, offering the best agricultural and construction solutions. Our loyal customers know they can count on us for honesty, quality, and dependable service. Hours of operation will be Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm
VEHICLE OPERATION / EQUIPMENT DELIVERY
Pick-up, deliver, and transport equipment, machinery, parts, and supplies for the company and its customers. Properly and safely load and unload the delivery vehicle. Follow all safety rules, procedures, and practices at all times. Check the condition of equipment being delivered or picked-up and alert the Service Manager of any irregularities. Maintain records of all pick-ups and deliveries. Keep all assigned vehicles in good condition and appearance. Perform all necessary maintenance, washing, refueling, and upkeep on assigned vehicles.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Give basic operating instructions to the customer at the time of delivery. Make sure the customer is satisfied with the equipment and the company's service prior to leaving. Obtain customer signatures and receipts as instructed. Represent the company to its customers while performing equipment pick-up and delivery duties.
GENERAL DUTIES
Inform the Service Manager immediately if all assigned tasks are completed. Assist Service Technicians with general service work. Assist in cleaning and maintaining the Service Department work area and facilities. Wash and detail all equipment prior to customer delivery. Assist in the set-up and assembly of equipment.
