Join Koch Trucking as a Flatbed Truck Driver, hauling diverse freight across regional and long-haul lanes. You'll operate late-model flatbed equipment, secure and tarp loads, and ensure on-time, damage-free delivery while following all DOT and company safety standards. Responsibilities Operate flatbed tractor-trailers on regional and long-haul routes Secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads per company and DOT standards Perform accurate pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain compliance with DOT hours-of-service and safety regulations Use ELDs and onboard technology for logging and communication Deliver freight on time while protecting cargo from damage Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and terminals Follow company safety programs and participate in ongoing training Maintain clean, well-cared-for equipment and paperwork Support a respectful, driver-centric culture focused on safety and service Required Skills Class A CDL operation Flatbed load securement Trip planning DOT compliance Electronic logging devices (ELD) Vehicle inspection (pre/post trip) Cargo handling Backing and maneuvering Map/GPS navigation Time management
