As a Driver at Wexford Place, you'll be a familiar face, a trusted companion, and an important part of delivering Legendary Hospitality throughout our community. Whether you're helping a resident get safely to an appointment, supporting a community outing, or simply sharing a meaningful conversation during a ride, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of others. No CDL required. DOT certification required. What You'll Do
- Provide safe, reliable transportation for residents to appointments, outings, and community-sponsored activities
- Create warm, welcoming experiences during every interaction and ride
- Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle safely and respectfully
- Help maintain community vehicles, including cleanliness and basic upkeep
- Support the upkeep and appearance of the community exterior as needed
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow associates
