About Cornerstone Renovations Cornerstone Renovations is a rapidly growing exterior remodeling company specializing in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and outdoor living projects throughout Oregon & Washington. We are building a high-performance team and are looking for a driven individual who can help us grow. This position is much more than driving a van. The right candidate will play a key role in company growth by driving a positive culture & having direct and productive conversations with our potential clients over the phone.
COMPENSATION
Competitive Base + Bonus ($1500 - $4000+) per month Position Overview The Van Driver / Transportation Lead is responsible for safely dropping off and picking up our highly talented team of Field Canvassers, efficiently routing our team to various locations, making phone calls to potential clients & playing a major role in developing and maintaining a competitive and healthy culture. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with a company that rewards performance. Responsibilities Drive company team members to and from assigned work locations Ensure company vehicles are clean, organized, and properly maintained Conduct confirmation and outreach calls with potential customers Help build and maintain a positive team culture Coach & Mentor Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable speaking with new people daily Organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficient with basic computer and smartphone applications Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Sales Customer service Team leadership Marketing Canvassing or door-to-door sales Candidates without direct experience are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong work ethic, coachability, and a willingness to learn.
