Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking Seasonal Shuttle Drivers to join our dynamic transportation team. In the role you will transport customer vehicles and trailers between designated boat launches. This role supports fishermen/women who float the river—ensuring their vehicle and trailer are waiting for them at the take-out point when they finish. If you're comfortable driving trucks with trailers, enjoy early mornings, and want to be part of the fishing community, this is a great fit. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will ensure timely deliveries and excellent service. The ideal candidate will possess a driver's license and experience handling different types of manual and automatic vehicles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our logistics operations, contributing to smooth and efficient transportation processes. Responsibilities Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after moving rigs for safety handling and caution. Maintain accurate logs of route information, client's keys, and personale. Communicate effectively with managers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any issues promptly. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure a secure working environment. Safely drive customer trucks with attached boat trailers from launch point to take-out locations Follow pre-planned shuttle routes efficiently and on schedule Park vehicles neatly and securely at designated take-out areas Communicate with staff and customers about timing and logistics Perform basic vehicle checks before and after transport Maintain professionalism and respect for customer property at all times Qualifications Valid driver's license. Active cell phone with texting capability for customer communication. Experience operating trucks with manual and automatic transmissions; familiarity with trailers. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Physical ability to handle the demands of long hours on the road. Comfortable driving full-size trucks with trailers (backing up is a plus) Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and long days during peak season Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently in outdoor conditions Preferred Experience Familiarity with local rivers and boat launches Background in outdoor, fishing, or guiding environments Why This Job Matters You play a key role in making river trips smooth and stress-free for customers.
