- Secure loads in regards with DOT and Norfolk Iron & Metal Load Securement policies. Provide excellent customer service while making deliveries. Follow all DOT and FMCSA guidelines. Complete DVIR for pre and post trips and driving. Ensure that all required paperwork is completed in a timely manner. Must have clean Motor Vehicle Record & Pass drug screen Benefits
