Job Description

Direct is a trusted Non-Emergency Medical Transport Wheelchair provider ensuring individuals reach their medical appointments with comfort and reliability. Based in Lane County, we serve the entire state of Oregon, including key areas like Eugene, Coos Bay, Salem, Lincoln City and Portland. Job Overview We are seeking dedicated drivers to provide non-emergency medical transportation for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will use company fleet vehicles to safely transport individuals to and from their medical appointments, ensuring a reliable and supportive experience. Responsibilities
  • Transport clients to and from their non-emergency medical appointments using a company-provided fleet vehicle complete with tablet, navigation and safety camera.
  • Ensure timely arrivals at all destinations.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Regularly check and ensure that vehicles are clean, fueled and safety ready.
  • Availability for flexible hours, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend shifts.
  • Rides can take you throughout Oregon, including Portland and Salem.

Driver Requirements:
  • Minimum age of 25 years.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • At least 3 years of driving experience.
  • No major felony convictions.
  • Ability to pass a drug test (including marijuana).
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Familiarity with local areas and routes.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Customer service experience (1 year preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Salary $16.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday with 5am availabililty
  • Weekend shifts optional
