Average day as a
Driver:
Our Route Driver ensures the quality standards are always met. If you are energetic, like to work independently, and know how to manage your time efficiently this will be a great fit for you. You can expect your day to include the following: Drive to customer sites to pump, clean, and stock portable restrooms according to company standards and procedures A typical day consists of approximately 50% driving and 50% servicing portable toilets sinks and holding tanks at designated locations. This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, reaching and bending while servicing portable toilets. Communicate with Spot On Septic dispatchers and customers 10+ hour days are normal, OT and weekends may be required, especially during busy seasons

Insurable driving record with knowledge of OSHA and DOT safety rules and procedures Fuel vehicles and other equipment as necessary Frequent customer interaction, including recommendations for any additional services and supplies needed Excellent housekeeping of assigned vehicles and facility Maintain professional demeanor and appearance at all times Other duties as assigned Ability to lift 50-150 pounds throughout the day Ideal candidate will have troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and have spent time in a service provider role
