Duties Conduct hands-on driving lessons in various truck configurations, including tractor-trailers, to develop students' practical skills. Assess student performance continuously, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement and confidence. Prepare and evaluate training materials aligned with industry regulations and company standards. Ensure all training activities adhere to federal and state commercial driving regulations, including safety procedures for air brake and tanker endorsements. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and certification documentation. Foster a positive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their CDL licensing goals. Skills Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a valid Class A CDL license. Strong knowledge of air brake systems, tanker operations, and tractor-trailer safety standards. Ability to demonstrate safe driving techniques and conduct practical assessments confidently. Familiarity with federal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations related to commercial driving.
