We value proactive, motivated individuals eager to contribute to our logistics operations and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a local driving position with hours ranging from 5-11 hours a day. 7AM-8AM start time; 100 mile radius consisting of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, No New York, Delaware, and or Maryland. General freight; Usually nothing insanely heavy. Any other questions please don't hesitate to ask! Duties Safely operate a 26ft box truck without a commercial driver's license (Non-CDL) to transport goods to designated destinations. Load pickups and unload deliveries using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment while following safe lifting practices. You will NOT be loading your truck prior to your run, truck will already be loaded. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition, adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Deliver packages directly to customers' locations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring proper handling of all items. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, pictures, and delivery records for accountability. Paper delivery receipts and a provided electronic tablet will be provided Requirements Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services. 4 year minimum experience, 3 Year with prior verifiable and consistent driving position Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Minimum 5 Year MVR report will be pulled. Minor infractions are acceptable, Please be honest about you driving record to avoid any issues. Familiarity with commercial truck driving regulations, traffic laws, and safe lifting practices. Ability to lift heavy loads safely and efficiently. Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or similar devices. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Comfortable using mobile devices for route navigation and communication purposes. Knowledge of warehouse procedures including load & unload processes and material handling equipment operation. Informational Paid by day rate, Pay check is Bi-Weekly direct deposit with plans to move weekly Paid PTO Pay raise at one year mark
