    $29-$33/hr. including paid wait times. Overtime over 40 hours in a workweek. Drivers averaging 45-60 hours/week.

              Company Driver:
                Dedicated Routes:
                Deliver candy and snack food to Thayer's wholesale customers on a regular basis. Pickup Thayer product from major suppliers with minimal wait times. Same hourly rate, delivering, driving, waiting for pickup, during loading/unloading.
                Consistent Schedule:
                Monday-Friday, with a mix of local and regional overnight routes (2-3 overnights max). Company paid hotel for overnights. No Sleepers. Orders are palletized. No picking from the truck. Minimal hand unloading.
                • Be a Thayer champion: Have friendly interactions with the same customers on a routine basis.

                What We're Looking For:
                • Valid CDL-A license
                • 2+ years of tractor-trailer experience
                • Manual 10-speed transmission skills
