Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Septic Pump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating safely and efficiently to various residential and commercial locations. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations, excellent navigation skills, and the ability to operate different types of trucks including pump trucks and dump trucks. The ability to haul heavy equipment is a must. Duties Operate and drive various types of trucks, and trailers. Safely load and unload waste material at designated locations. Ensure the truck is in good working condition by performing regular inspections and maintenance checks. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues that may arise. Utilize manual transmission when required for specific driving conditions. Qualifications Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience in truck driving with knowledge of various truck types and trailers preferred. Ability to load and unload waste material and equipment safely and efficiently. Strong understanding of freight handling procedures and safety regulations. Excellent navigation skills with the ability to read maps and use GPS systems effectively. Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle. Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
