Tow Truck Driver / Recovery Operator Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Join Our Team at Fling's Towing At Fling's Towing, we're looking for dependable, customer-focused people to join our growing team. Whether you have towing experience or you're looking for a new career with hands-on training, we'd love to hear from you. We know work-life balance matters and everyone's schedule is different. That's why we offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with a variety of shifts. Whether you're looking for a full-time career, evening work, weekend hours or a second job, we have positions to fit a range of availability. Our team provides 24/7 coverage, with some roles following a rotating schedule and others dedicated to specific shifts. What You'll Do Respond to roadside assistance and towing calls safely and professionally. Load, transport and recover vehicles using modern towing equipment. Provide excellent customer service during what is often a stressful time for customers. Complete basic paperwork and communicate with dispatch throughout your shift. Opportunity to build a long-term career in the towing and recovery industry. Qualifications Clean driving record. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to perform the physical demands of the towing profession, including lifting, bending, climbing and securing vehicles. Reliable, punctual and a team player. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Towing experience is not required—we're happy to train the right candidate. Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes (exceptions may be considered for applicants with advanced licenses or EVOC training).
