Job Description
Aesir Logistics, LLC is a new and rapidly expanding international freight forwarding company. Our warehouse & freight forwarding office in Fleetwood, PA was opened in 2020 and we are currently searching for enthusiastic candidates to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Transport customer products locally
- Complete pre-trip inspection on vehicles for mechanical failures and safety issues.
- Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts.
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations as well as with company policies and procedures.
- Report defects, accidents, and/or violations.
- Safely operate forklift in warehouse
- Manage monthly warehouse inventory
Skills:
- Previous driving experience required.
- Ability to drive and work in the warehouse
- Must be efficient with MS applications for warehouse management
- Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
- No recent moving or driving violations.
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.).
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL). Hazmat endorsement required.
- Familiarity with operating electronic driver's log devices (ELD).
