Driver - Hazmat & Tanker | $0.65 - $0.70 CPM | 3,000-4,000+ Miles Job Summary Higher Level Transporting is expanding and seeking one experienced
CDL-A OTR
driver for a nationwide position hauling consistent freight between an established network of warehouses. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver who wants strong mileage potential, 100% no-touch/drop-and-hook freight, straightforward compensation, well-maintained equipment, and the ability to work independently without being micromanaged. Drivers typically run 3,000-4,000+ miles per week, depending on available hours, freight availability, trip planning, and how efficiently they manage their week. Mileage is not capped at 4,000 miles. We are looking for a professional driver who takes pride in their work and equipment, communicates well, manages their time efficiently, and wants a long-term opportunity with a growing company. Compensation $0.65 per mile - loaded and empty miles paid at the same rate Weekly direct deposit Detention pay available Layover pay available Weekly Productivity & Efficiency Bonus opportunity Quarterly Safety Bonus opportunity Quarterly Performance Bonus opportunity 1099 Independent Contractor position Miles & Freight Typically 3,000-4,000+ miles per week Nationwide OTR Consistent freight between an established warehouse network 100% no-touch freight 100% drop-and-hook Our operation is designed to keep drivers moving. Drivers typically contact dispatch a day or two before reaching their current destination so the next load can begin getting lined up. Once at the warehouse, the driver drops the current trailer, hooks to the next assigned trailer, and heads back out. There is no loading, unloading, or physically handling freight. Drivers who manage their hours well, plan ahead, communicate with dispatch, and want to run have a strong opportunity to maximize their weekly mileage.

Time Minimum 3 weeks OTR 3 days home Assigned truck remains with the driver at all times, including during home time The driver is responsible for arranging and maintaining safe, secure, and legal parking for the truck wherever it is kept. Any parking arrangements or related parking costs are the driver's responsibility. Assigned Equipment Driver will be assigned a well-maintained Volvo VNL 670 Automatic equipped with: Refrigerator Microwave Inverter TV mount New mattress GPS Samsara ELD Tools We stay on top of preventive maintenance and handle repairs promptly. Our goal is to keep our equipment safe, reliable, and productive. What You Can Expect From Us We believe experienced drivers should be treated like professionals.

Minimum Qualifications Applicants must meet the following requirements: 5+ years of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience Current Hazmat endorsement - REQUIRED Current Tanker endorsement - REQUIRED No driving gap within the previous 12 months Must meet company and insurance driving-record requirements Able to pass DOT-required drug screening Strong work ethic Professional communication skills Safety-minded Self-motivated and dependable Able to work independently Strong time-management and trip-planning skills Takes pride in keeping assigned equipment clean and well cared for Applicants with DUI, SAP, reckless-driving history, serious speeding violations, or driving records that do not meet company/insurance requirements will not qualify. The Driver We're Looking For This position is best suited for an experienced OTR driver who already knows how to manage the road.

Higher Level Transporting Pay:
