This position is for a Crew Member/Driver who will be responsible for safely operating a company truck and trailer while performing landscape maintenance at residential and commercial properties. Requirements Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications: Valid driver's license (REQUIRED). Experience operating commercial lawn equipment, including stand-on and/or zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping equipment. Ability to safely drive a truck with a trailer. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Applicants without a valid driver's license or commercial lawn equipment experience will not be considered. Responsibilities Safely drive and operate a company truck and trailer. Operate commercial lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping equipment. Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general landscape maintenance. Install mulch, trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials. Perform seasonal cleanups and property maintenance. Assist with hardscape projects, including paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor construction. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site. Work efficiently as part of a team while delivering high-quality results for our clients.
