Dumpsters/Trailers. Deliver/Pick Up roll-off dumpsters according to Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Complete assigned work on a daily basis. Complete electronic notes on your mobile device in a timely manner. If there is an unusual situation, document with detailed instructions, such as the physical location of the dumpster, etc. Submit required paperwork, landfill bills, or payments before leaving for the day. Learn and become proficient company electronic systems. Load roll-off dumpsters for the following day based on the assigned route. Dispose of waste in the dumpster before leaving for the day. Assist your team to be more productive in their routes. Attend required meetings on time. Build trusting relationships with members of your team in order to maintain cohesiveness and morale. Promote the financial health of business by giving sales leads to the sales department. Perform all other duties as assigned or requested to ensure the overall success of Walters Services, Inc., such as portable toilet service/delivery routes, moving equipment, cleaning, etc. Performance Measures & Standards Excellent internal and external customer service - honesty and respectful treatment of teammates, customers, and the general public Dependable performance of job assignments: overall accuracy, efficiency and quality of the duties and functions assigned Exemplary attendance record: employee has not taken excessive time off and put a burden on others to back-up his/her responsibilities Following all established safety rules, regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) Cooperation with all other teams and departments to accomplish the goals and objectives of Walters Services, Inc.
