Job Description

Pay:
$1,350 to $1,450 weekly |
Home Time:
Home every weekend with a 48-hour reset
Freight:
Regional no-touch freight, 50% drop and hook |
Location:
Harrisburg, PA 17101 Balanced regional route coverage Practical dispatch reliability each week 50% drop and hook freight mix Assigned Cascadia with no slip seating Balanced regional routes and practical dispatch reliability give experienced CDL-A drivers steady weekday freight with a schedule built around consistent weekend home time. Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast.
Weekly Earnings:
$1,350 to $1,450 with direct deposit every Friday | Additional pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeks
Running Area:
Drivers cover regional lanes throughout the Northeast and portions of the Midwest. Most runs average around 250 miles, creating a practical mix of productive freight movement and manageable trip lengths. All freight is no-touch so drivers can stay focused on driving and trip flow About half of the freight is drop and hook to help limit delays at customer locations
Home Time:
Run Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday off | A consistent 48-hour weekend reset provides dependable time away from the truck
Your Truck:
Late-model 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia assigned to each CDL-A driver with no slip seating Refrigerator, battery-powered APU, 1,500-watt inverter, double bunks, SiriusXM, and 24-inch
HD TV Health Coverage:
Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance Delta Dental coverage plus 401(k) with company matching after 60 days Paid vacation and holidays once established
Family Friendly:
Passengers age 13 and older can ride at minimal weekly cost | Dogs of all breeds and sizes ride at no charge
Equipment:
Assigned Freightliner Cascadias are maintained on schedule and set up for regional work. Climate-controlled sleeper space, refrigeration, entertainment systems, and power for personal electronics are included.
Requirements:
