Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and reliable Refuse Collectors to join our team. As a Refuse Collector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our community. This position involves operating refuse collection vehicles in the rear of the garbage truck and ensuring that waste is collected efficiently and safely. This is a garbage throwing posision. This Job is Tuesday through Friday. Early morning Start times. Duties Operate refuse collection vehicles, including rear loading trucks to collect waste from designated areas. both residential and commercial. Load and unload refuse materials, ensuring proper handling and disposal. Perform routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Communicate effectively with team members. Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment after use. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting of refuse collection vehicles. Ability to operate rear loader trucks safely and efficiently. Good physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with refuse collection.
