Moravian Manor Communities, nestled in the charming town of Lititz, PA, is a respected not-for-profit senior living community with a 50-year tradition of serving older adults. We are currently seeking a Per Diem CDL Transportation Driver to join our dedicated team. In this role, the CDL Transportation Driver operates vehicles in a safe and secure manner while transporting residents to various appointments, community functions, and entertainment events. This Per Diem opportunity offers a flexible schedule based on resident needs with the understanding that hours are dictated by the demands of scheduled appointments, destinations and events. A driver may work nights, weekends, and occasionally a holiday, and may be required to report to work on short notice. What will I do in the role of a CDL Transportation Driver? Transport residents to various appointments, community functions, and entertainment events. Remain with residents until return to Moravian Manor Communities, unless resident is independent and does not require assistance. Complete all necessary transportation paperwork including records of time, mileage, and other required information. Provide courier services as requested. Perform various vehicle maintenance items and housekeeping tasks as requested by supervisor. What do I need in the role of CDL Transportation Driver? High School diploma or equivalent Must have a current, valid CDL driver's license with a passenger endorsement in good standing. Must be at least 25 years of age. Ability to work a flexible schedule according to resident needs. Must maintain defensive driver training. Possess or be willing to maintain current CPR certification.
